SHIPPING
Purchase: Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed in 2-3 business days*, unless otherwise stated on the product post via a BACKORDER or PRE-ORDER notice. Once processed you will receive your order within 2- 5 business days. All orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the following day. Weekend delivery is not available.
*Please note we're in the middle of moving our office and all inventory; so order processing will take ten days during this time. We'll be back to our normal processing time soon! Thank you for understanding that moving is hectic!
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. We are unable to reroute packages. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

POLICY
RUJUTA SHETH is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once in the shipping carrier's hands. You can file a claim at USPS or UPS.
*Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, RUJUTA SHETH is not responsible for these charges.
Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US. If package is undeliverable RUJUTA SHETH is not responsible for the duties incurred to send it back, this will be deducted from your refund.
