At Rujuta Sheth, we want you to love your purchase. We understand that trying on clothing is an essential part of the process. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange.
Return Authorization
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the prompts through our Returns Portal.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving this label. Items not shipped within this timeframe will not be accepted.
All returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Eligibility

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Full-priced items purchased using a 'Sign Up Code' are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Final Sale items (including any item discounted 30% or more) are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
We are unable to honor price adjustments for previously purchased styles affected by later promotions.
If the refund option is not visible in the portal, the item does not qualify for a refund.
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
At this time, we are unable to process international returns.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be made for a different size only via our Returns Portal.
To complete an exchange:

Enter your order number and zip code.

Select the item(s) you wish to exchange or return.

Choose “Exchange for a different size” under the reason for return.
Please note:

All exchanges are final sale.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and cannot be reserved.

Once your exchange is approved, you’ll receive a return label for the original item.

The original item must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your exchange will be processed and shipped once the return is in transit to our warehouse.
If the refund option does not appear, your return qualifies only for store credit or exchange.
Price Adjustment Policy
Rujuta Sheth LLC offers price adjustments on full-priced items purchased within 3 days prior to the start of a sale.
Requests must be submitted within 3 days of the sale start date, and the exact style, color, and size must be available at the time of the request.
Approved adjustments will be issued in the form of store credit only.
