Can I return/exchange my pre-order items?
Full-priced items (purchased with or without our welcome code) are eligible to be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. All sale items and items purchased with a promo code are only eligible to be be exchanged or receive store credit.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, can this be corrected?
