Return & Exchange Policy

At Rujuta Sheth, we want you to love your purchase. We understand that trying on clothing is an essential part of the process. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange.

We offer Free Returns for a small, optional fee at checkout. If purchased, you will receive a return shipping label at no additional charge. If Free Returns is not purchased, you will be charged $10 to cover your return shipping label.

Free Returns + Exchange Option At Checkout With Checkout+

  • By purchasing Checkout+ for a small fee, you'll receive unlimited free returns and exchanges on all eligible items (excluding final sale items).
  • If you choose to check out without Checkout+, you're still welcome to make a return or exchange on eligible items. A $10 shipping label fee will apply for each return or exchange label issued. 

Return Authorization

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the prompts through our Returns Portal.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving this label. Items not shipped within this timeframe will not be accepted.

All returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Eligibility

  • Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Full-priced items purchased using a 'Sign Up Code' are eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

  • Final Sale items (including any item discounted 30% or more) are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

We are unable to honor price adjustments for previously purchased styles affected by later promotions.

If the refund option is not visible in the portal, the item does not qualify for a refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be made via our Returns Portal.

To complete an exchange:

  1. Enter your order number and zip code.

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to exchange or return from our website when going through the portal.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and cannot be reserved.

Once your exchange is approved, you’ll receive a return label for the original item.The original item must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.Your exchange will be processed and shipped once the return is in transit to our warehouse.

If the refund option does not appear, your return qualifies only for store credit or exchange.

Price Adjustment Policy

Rujuta Sheth LLC offers price adjustments on full-priced items purchased within 3 days prior to the start of a sale.

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of the sale start date, and the exact style, color, and size must be available at the time of the request.

Approved adjustments will be issued in the form of store credit only.
