Returns + Exchange

RETURN POLICY
We understand that trying on clothing is essential! Please request your return/exchange within 14 days of receipt. Once approved, you will be sent a shipping label through our return portal. Returns must be sent using the provided shipping label, postmarked within 5 days of receiving the shipping label, or they will not be accepted. All garments must be unwashed/unworn.

Full-priced items are eligible to be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE or with a promotional code are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

Exception: Full priced items purchased with our 'Welcome code' are eligible for a refund or exchange.

We are unable to issue price adjustments based off of promotions on styles you have previously purchased.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchange.

If the refund option is not available, your return is not eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee: $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Please note the original shipping fee will not be included in your refund.
We are unable to process international returns at the moment. To process an international return or exchange please reach out to us at help@rujutasheth.com and we can assist you further.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You can process an exchange for a different SIZE ONLY through our returns portal here.
- Enter your order number and zip code
- Select which item(s) you'd like to exchange/return
- Select the reason why you are returning your item(s)
For Exchange select: "Exchange for a different size"
For Return select the reason for return to proceed to
Store Credit OR Full Refund
If the refund option is not available, your return is not eligible for a refund; only store credit or exchange.
Once exchange is processed, you will receive a return label for the original item. Original item must be shipped back to us within 14 days from receiving your order. We will ship your exchange as soon as we receive the original item back.
Only once your original order/return is in transit back to our warehouse, will your exchange be processed & shipped.
All exchanges are final sale.
Please note that exchanges are not reserved.
Shipping both ways is free for exchanges for domestic purchases only.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Rujuta Sheth LLC. offers a price adjustment policy for items that are purchased directly from rujutasheth.com within 3 days prior to the start of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 3 days of sale start date. Please note, exact style, color, and size must be available when the request is made.
Price adjustments will be given in the form of store credit exclusively.
