**Please note we're in the middle of moving our office and all inventory; so order processing will take ten days during this time. We'll be back to our normal processing time soon! Thank you for understanding that moving is hectic!

  • Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product post via a BACKORDER or PRE-ORDER notice. 
  • Once processed you will receive your order within 2-5 business days.
  • Weekend delivery is not available.
  • Shipping fee is non-refundable
  • Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once in the shipping carrier's hands. You can file a claim at USPS or UPS
Returns
  • Full-priced clothing is eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Items purchased with a discount code, promo code, or on sale, are only eligible to be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • All Sale items can only be returned for store credit or exchange. 
  • Exception: Full-priced items purchased using our 'welcome promo code' will be refunded to your existing payment method or you will receive store credit if the purchase was a gift.
  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • If the refund option is not available, your return is not eligible for a refund.

  • All returns are subject to a $8 fee, which is deducted from your refund. 

  • For Exchanges: Original item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will ship your exchange as soon as the original item is shipped. Please note our system can only process size exchanges, please choose store credit to put towards another item.
  • All exchanges are final.
