Can I return/exchange my pre-order items?
Full-priced items, or items purchased with newsletter sign up code, are eligible to be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. Otherwise, items purchased with a promo code or are on sale are able to be exchanged or receive store credit.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, can this be corrected?
