- Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product post via a BACKORDER or PRE-ORDER notice.
- Once processed you will receive your order within 2-5 business days.
- Weekend delivery is not available.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable
- Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once in the shipping carrier's hands. You can file a claim at USPS or UPS.
- Full-priced clothing is eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Items purchased with a discount code, promo code, or on sale, are only eligible to be returned for store credit or exchange.
- All Sale items can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
- Exception: Full-priced items purchased using our 'welcome promo code' will be refunded to your existing payment method or you will receive store credit if the purchase was a gift.
